The rooms were absolutely stunning and spotless. We loved being able to stroll straight from our terrace to the beach, and the outdoor shower was a charming touch. The daily breakfast was exceptional, by far the best food we had during our stay. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. We didn't want to leave!

While the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, the menu was somewhat limited and didn't change much during our stay. It would have been nice to have more options to choose from, especially for guests staying multiple days.

We loved our stay at Ma'Xanab in Tulum. The hotel had a spa, pool, and private beach area. They cleared the seaweed daily, which was a great plus. The restaurant had delicious vegetarian and vegan options, and breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a beautiful pool setting and offered free bikes to explore the area, which was really handy. The beach bar/restaurant had amazing breakfasts and delicious food options. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The pool could have been better maintained and poolside service could be improved. Some aspects of the room showed minor signs of use and could have used more attention to detail.
