The rooms were absolutely stunning and spotless. We loved being able to stroll straight from our terrace to the beach, and the outdoor shower was a charming touch. the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. We didn't want to leave!

It would have been nice to have more options to choose from, especially for guests staying multiple days. the spa, though offering good massages, was situated near the main road and the noise from passing cars could be heard during treatments.

We loved our stay at Ma'Xanab in Tulum. The hotel had a spa, pool, and private beach area. They cleared the seaweed daily, which was a great plus. The restaurant had delicious vegetarian and vegan options, and breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a beautiful pool setting and offered free bikes to explore the area, which was really handy. the beach bar/restaurant had amazing breakfasts and delicious food options. the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The pool could have been better maintained and poolside service could be improved. Some aspects of the room showed minor signs of use and could have used more attention to detail.

the service was impeccable, and the staff made me feel like royalty, addressing me by my name and ensuring my every need was fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch, and the massage left me feeling rejuvenated. the infinity pool and sun loungers made for an incredibly relaxing experience. Being conveniently located on the beachfront meant easy access to the beautiful sea. the private facilities, including the in, room breakfast and outdoor dining area, were perfect for those who enjoy luxury and privacy.
