We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hidden gem. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the Malecon and a mall, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is great, just a block away from the Malecon. I loved that it was close to the Liverpool shopping centre and within walking distance to the city centre. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff, especially Caesar and Elena, were amazing hosts. They were always friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and delicious coffee. The pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing after a swim. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, with different options for hot food and fresh fruits. the hotel is conveniently located near a mall and a beautiful seafront walk, making it easy to grab dinner and enjoy the beautiful views. the pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work.

Some of the surrounding areas were a bit run-down and felt a little unsafe, especially at night. the noise level could be a bit high at times, with loud guests and noise from cleaning staff starting early in the morning.

Convenient location near mall and malecón. Very clean and has great services. Iron was replaced immediately. Pool and AC were good. Hot water and mini fridge provided. Perfect for a pitstop hotel. Good breakfast choices. Friendly staff.
