The staff, though their English was limited, made an effort to accommodate us and we had no issues. The breakfast provided was of good variety and included in the price.

After addressing some concerns, he upgraded our room and provided complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was generous, and the 24/7 reception added convenience to our stay. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, service, and amenities.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a transit, as the airport hotel was sold out. Despite being cheap, the hotel provided a very good breakfast. The room was clean, with a hot shower and it was quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. Frank, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us happy by offering a better room and free breakfast. He also allowed us to check out at 17h with no extra charge. The hotel's convenient location near intersecting Metro stations and a fabulous nearby bakery was a plus. The staff, especially Ms. Mary Carman Salazar, were kind and helpful.

One major downside was the noise from the busy avenue nearby, which could be heard both day and night. If you prefer a quieter room, I would recommend requesting one away from the street.
