The hotel was super clean and the pool was perfect for our young children. the bed linen and towels were nice, and the air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently. the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with any requests. the hotel's location was great, close to shopping and beaches. We also appreciated the mix of Mexican families and international travelers, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
