I stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the historic old town center. The building itself was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size and had a kitchenette, which was convenient. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the option to have tea or coffee anytime in the common area. a great experience at Mx Centro.

The friendly staff makes sure to provide a comfortable stay, and the breakfast on the terrace is a nice touch. Plus, the hotel is easily accessible by car thanks to the drop-off point right in front.

The communication with reception regarding additional toiletries and room necessities could be improved.

Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a security system, and a first aid kit. I must say, I felt safer here than in Fort Knox!

The spacious suite had beautiful windows, a well-equipped kitchen, and a stunning bathroom with an awesome shower. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel safe and the location couldn't be better, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The free coffee area was a super bonus!

New Year at this hotel was great! the staff was always friendly and ready to help. the breakfast offered simple but tasty options, and I particularly enjoyed the juice and sandwich complementary to the stay. the location was perfect, in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Plus, the room was pretty spacious, and the air conditioner worked just fine, keeping the temperature comfortable during the warm day.

The shower was placed somewhat low, and even though I'm not particularly tall, I had to shrink myself or sit on the floor to use it properly. the acoustic of the room wasn't as good as I expected, and I could hear some noise that disturbed me during the night.
