The room was spacious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of museums and other districts. We felt safe and enjoyed exploring the city on foot.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is superb, not right in the center but still quite central in relation to reaching other attractions. The breakfast included at the restaurant below the hotel was superb, offering a delicious continental spread that filled us up for the day. The service from the staff was top-notch, as they were always attentive and ready to help us with anything we needed. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a terrace, were excellent and added to our overall comfort. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries were a nice touch as well.

That the bathrooms could have been cleaner. However, we still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, and the location was fantastic. We were in the centre of the Zona Rosa, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife nearby. Though not right in the centre, it was easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful and welcoming, providing good service when we needed it. The view from the terrace room was just great.

The fire alarm went off several times, and it was very scary.

That the staff didn't seem very happy and the service could be a bit slow at times. There was also a small issue with missing items one day.

Our recent romantic escape was great! We enjoyed two complementary facts that made our stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was key, as we had easy access to public transportation and all the sights of the city. Plus, we loved the amazing view from our window.

We did have a few issues that made the stay less than perfect. the nearby nightclub was incredibly loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.

the hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Angel of independence statue. the breakfast included was great, and our room with a balcony had an amazing view of the Angel. the staff, especially Lluvia at the front desk, were amazing. the hotel itself was beautiful, and housekeeping always kept our room well-stocked. the fast internet and smart TVs were very convenient. it was a fantastic experience and we would love to come back and stay for a longer time.
