Beautiful grounds, great staff, accurate rate, fridge in room, free coffee.

The atmosphere was simply amazing! It felt like walking into a tropical paradise! the staff here were the best and so accommodating! They offered free coffee in the morning and delicious flavored water in the afternoon. the rooms were well-cleaned, and every amenity worked well, including the air conditioning. the pool area was wonderful and perfectly maintained.

The main street outside is quite noisy, especially at night. However, the hotel itself is very well soundproofed, so I slept through the night without disturbance.

We had a great stay at a tropical hotel in Tuxtla! The grounds were beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the free coffee from Chiapas in the morning. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The beds are comfortable, offering a good night's sleep.

The noise from the local streets at night can be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

The hotel is small, not a chain like other options. Food was good, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Noise from vehicles at night but it subsided later. Taxis available for airport transfers. Great stay at a low cost.
