As young holiday goers, we loved the newly renovated rooms with their stylish decor and amenities, including a smart TV, high-speed internet, and a fridge. The hotel's location in the heart of the historic center was perfect with easy access to the famous Zócalo plaza and the main shopping street. We also appreciated the proximity to the main Metro lines and the popular Calle Regina for bar hopping. Moreover, the hotel staff, especially Jhoana the manager, were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any issues or requests.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary daily deep cleaning of our room and the option to receive our meals in our room. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We didn't feel comfortable walking around alone at night in the surrounding area. We often left before dark and avoided streets that felt empty.
