Great staff, immaculately clean room, comfortable, great location, easy access to amenities.

All was perfect.

We were amazed by the location of the hotel, surrounded by charming restaurants and coffee shops. It was so convenient to walk to the beautiful Castle of Chapultepec and explore the nearby museums. The staff at Parque Espana went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. They were attentive and considerate, making us feel truly valued as guests. We had the chance to experience different room types, and each one was absolutely wonderful - from the double room to the deluxe and suite. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

While the hotel had many outstanding features, there were a few minor drawbacks. The complimentary breakfast, although available at a sister hotel, was quite far to walk and not highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a really nice park, making it easy to go for walks or have a picnic. It is also close to restaurants & bars, allowing us to easily explore the local dining scene. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with heaters and extra blankets to stay warm in the chilly rooms. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and affordable.

There was no heating in the rooms, which made our stay quite uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful during our weekend stay. We appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks that were offered upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was convenient, close to parks and a variety of bars and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.

The room was not very practical, with the fridge and coffee machine placed too far from the plug, and there was no mirror other than a small one in the bathroom. the lack of hanging space made it difficult to keep our clothes organized.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Immaculately clean and comfortable room. Excellent location near parks, public transport, and restaurants. Alternative breakfast request was happily accommodated.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even called in a repair crew on a Sunday to fix the Jacuzzi.

The housekeeping was exceptional, with the room always kept in perfect condition. The amenities provided in the room, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, were definitely a plus. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which allowed us to stay connected. The hotel also offered a shuttle service, including an airport shuttle, which was very convenient. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
