We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located conveniently for our personal business. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and answered all our questions. The building was impressive and well-maintained. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The value for money was great, and we even received a refund for the days we didn't use. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location was perfect - close to all the tourist sites and right next to a mall. The staff was very helpful and provided great room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We loved taking advantage of the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance - it made our trip so much easier. The room amenities were fantastic - we appreciated having air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few positive aspects about this hotel. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, which was a relief. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby where I could do some last-minute holiday shopping. Lastly, the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making my check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

I have to admit that there were some negative aspects to my stay. The WiFi was extremely unreliable, constantly going on and off, which made it difficult for me to stay connected with my loved ones during this festive season.

During our recent stay at Parque Satelite, we were pleasantly surprised by the very good restaurant on-site. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was delicious and satisfying. The staff at the hotel were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to check in early without any additional fees. The availability of a big parking area for free was also a great convenience. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with other business establishments and a large shopping mall nearby. The price we paid for our stay offered excellent value for money.
