Great beachfront, friendly staff!

During my recent stay at a hotel in Mazatlan, I was thrilled to find myself staying at a hotel with the best beachfront location. The hotel had a range of amenities, including clean and spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed lounging under the Palapas on the beach, while waiters from the on-site restaurant served me food and drinks with stunning ocean views. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for beach lovers!

We recently had a romantic escape in Mazatlan and had a great experience at this hotel! the rooms were clean and spacious, offering a nice ocean view. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean and islands. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had nice pools in the courtyards. the staff was friendly and the restaurant had excellent food with breathtaking ocean views.

There were a few negatives to our stay. the check-in and check-out process was unprofessional, with long waits and rude staff.
