The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is located very close to three big indoor markets and is also very close to the center of this city. We loved being able to easily walk to the markets and explore the vibrant local culture. The room was very clean and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near affordable laundry services and other necessary amenities.

The room was massive with plenty of storage, and the towels were replaced daily. Despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet inside. The staff were helpful, and we never ran out of hot water for the shower. The location was fantastic, right across from the markets and walking distance to all the major attractions. The hotel was clean, had a GREAT terrace, and I loved that they had a water filter for drinking water. a super stay!

We were also pleased that the historic area and zocalo were within a 10-minute walk. the value for our stay was excellent, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel.
