I recently stayed at a beautiful posada in the historical center of San Miguel de Allende. The room was spacious and the bathroom had stunning tile work. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the reception area and grounds were truly picturesque. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, and there were plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. The staff were also very accommodating, providing wheelchair access when needed.

The hotel was conveniently located not far from the center of town, making it easy for us to participate in all the activities we wanted. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the peaceful and calm atmosphere of the hotel, with plenty of places to relax and hang out. it was a great base for our trip.

We did find that the pool was difficult to locate, as there was little signposting to guide us.

One advantage that I enjoyed was the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The mattresses on the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Some rooms had nicer furniture than others, which seemed a bit inconsistent and lacking in charm.

The view from my room was not great, just a parking lot and a dry creek bed. It would have been worth it to upgrade to a courtyard-facing room.
