The staff at this hotel were incredibly gracious and elegant. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast provided was delicious, and we highly recommend taking advantage of the bike rentals on site to explore the beautiful island. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, just a short walk away from a stunning beach and close to downtown. We even took a long walk to the protected side of the island from the hotel, and the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful.

We stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel for five days and we absolutely fell in love with it. The architecture and design of the place are phenomenal, with a mix of modern and traditional Mayan village styles. The hotel is located very close to the beach and not far from the main part of town, which made it very convenient for us. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast included in our stay was varied and absolutely delicious, the best meals we had during our vacation. We also enjoyed the private plot of beach that the hotel owns, where we could relax in comfort while enjoying the stunning view. this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.

Great food and attentive staff. the breakfasts were the best I had on my trip and the drinks were nice too. the hotel is located close to the beach, which is a plus. the hotel offered two key services that were greatly appreciated: a pick-up service from the airport and a guide to the city's restaurants and tours.

Although the staff were friendly, the hotel lacked some basic amenities that are typically expected for a boutique hotel of this price range. the lighting in the rooms could be improved, and loungers and shade are not plentiful at the beach club.
