The staff is friendly and always willing to help, making for a very pleasant stay.

There was some minor issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. However, the staff was quick to address the problem the next day and did their best to make up for any inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at Real Alameda De in Database! The hotel's location was excellent, right across from a beautiful park and in the center of town. The staff were friendly and did an amazing job throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. We also enjoyed ordering food to our room. The hotel's parking was convenient, especially as we were traveling with a 2-year-old and a stroller. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even had a balcony with a stunning view of the park. a fantastic experience!

We loved the great location that provided easy access to downtown and the park. The rooftop view was amazing, and the breakfast was a huge hit. Although we had an issue with the air conditioning, the staff quickly worked on it. highly recommended!

We enjoyed the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby- a nice xmas touch! the location is ideal, right in the city center and close to all the main attractions. the view from our room was breathtaking and made the xmas experience memorable.

The service was very poor, the staff lacked friendliness and failed to provide assistance when needed. the room was not properly cleaned, with leftover items from previous guests still in the room.
