I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of Playa. The location was perfect, with the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The security measures made me feel safe throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were able to explore the area easily, thanks to the hotel's proximity to the ADO Bus Station and Collectivo stations. Additionally, there was a strip mall nearby, which made it convenient for snacks and supplies.

While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, we encountered one receptionist who had difficulty communicating in English. This made it challenging to get information about the surrounding area.

This hotel is a great value for money! The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, right in front of a shopping center and close to the ADO terminal station. You can easily explore the city as everything is just a short walk away. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable with big bathrooms, and breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus.

the hotel was a pleasant surprise. i've stayed in playa del carmen before, but real del mayab exceeded my expectations. it was so quiet and peaceful away from the noise of 5th avenue. the staff were friendly and carlos, the owner, was incredibly helpful. i will definitely come back here again.

wifi was spotty

As youngsters, we loved the hotel's superb staff and the consistently strong wifi that allowed us to watch movies with no buffering. The AC was powerful and kept the room cool throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, being close to the beach, a variety of dining options, and the ADO bus station for easy transportation. We appreciated the provision of cold drinking water and the excellent housekeeping. The hotel also felt very safe, with a wall-mounted safe available for storing valuable items.

We felt extremely welcome during our stay, with no reason to complain.
