Charming room, superb amenities, including a comfortable bed perfect for a restful night's sleep and a lovely pool area with drinks served by the side, making for a delightful way to unwind after exploring local attractions like the cenote nearby.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel's location is a real gem, right by the lagoon. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying cocktails while watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace—it was breathtaking! The staff were attentive and even arranged a boat trip that picked us up at the hotel dock, making our adventures super convenient.

However, I found the breakfast to be a bit lacking, with limited choices and quality. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly unreliable, barely reaching our room. I wish they'd improve their internet service for better connectivity during our stay.

Charming place with comfy beds and great air conditioning. We loved borrowing bikes to explore the fishing village and saw flamingos and crocodiles! The sunsets are absolutely magical from the rooftop bar, just a treat during our stay.

Shower drainage was slower than my grandma with a shopping cart. And a few too many mosquitoes trying to join our vacation party!

The hotel had a perfect location by the pier, making it easy to catch our flamingo tour. My kids loved the cool pool, and the rooftop bar with live music was a pleasant surprise after our busy days exploring.

My wife says that the Wi-Fi was spotty and barely reached the balcony. It would be great to have more family-friendly activities on-site.

Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a fridge, gorgeous lagoon views, and a fantastic rooftop terrace for sunset cocktails. A welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch!
