The room had good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, close to the bus station. The hotel was clean, modern, and offered water in the lobby for refilling water bottles.

the hotel was located close to the convention center and shopping mall which made it convenient for me to attend my meetings and do some quick shopping in my downtime.

The hotel fell short in a few areas. the cleanliness of the hotel room was questionable and it had an unpleasant odor.

The location was superb, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the street-level room!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the center where it's kind of messy, but it gives you a real feel for the city. We enjoyed taking a short walk to the lovely promenade into the town center. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was delicious. we had a great experience.

That the open atrium made the room quite chilly at night, as there was no source of heat.

The stunning atrium at River Poliforum was a sight to behold, although it did create a bit of noise. However, the hotel location near the bus station was extremely convenient. The option to refill water bottles in the lobby was a thoughtful touch. I would recommend this hotel for its attractive design and convenient amenities.
