The staff at this hotel offered a great customer service experience during my new year stay. Complementary facts such as high-speed internet and breakfast were offered, which were a great way to start my day. The hotel's location was ideal for me, as it was close to many major attractions. the hotel had a beautiful view of the city, which I enjoyed.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities that I expected during my stay. The gym was quite small and there were no luggage carts available to move my belongings around.
