The staff at Hotel San Cristobal is extremely friendly and attentive, particularly Brenda who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The design details throughout the hotel are unique and thoughtful, creating a beautiful atmosphere. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and fruits, and the restaurant offered a great variety of delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, including the towels, lounge chairs, and sheets. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We just returned from our honeymoon and had the most relaxing stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The hotel grounds are immaculate, and the staff ensures everything is kept in perfect condition. The service was outstanding, with every request attended to promptly. Our room, located above the gift shop, was spacious, had a large deck, and even had a fridge. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and we also enjoyed the pool menu, especially the shrimp tempura tacos. our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we can't wait to go back.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was the noise level, especially if your room was located near the pool area. It could get a little loud at times, although there were quiet hours during the night.

Spent xmas at this stunning hotel and it was absolutely perfect! the location was amazing, tucked away in a secluded spot with breathtaking ocean views. the staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service and attending to our every need. the grounds were impeccably maintained, making it a relaxing and beautiful environment. the food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood caught nearby.

The only downside was that the hotel was quite expensive, but it was worth it for the level of service and quality provided. Additionally, there were a couple of minor issues with room cleaning and a mix-up with our restaurant reservation.

During our New Year stay, we loved the fact that the hotel was located right on the Pacific Coast of Baja California. the stunning beach was just a short walk away, and we were lucky enough to spot whales and seals during our stay. the hotel also had a great food and beverage menu, with delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
