The presence of an elevator is convenient for those with physical handicaps. Additionally, there are two higher-end hotels nearby that have private museums, one of which showcases an extensive display of traditional Mayan dresswear spread over three floors. These museums are free, but it is customary to tip the young lady who acts as the guide.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing clear information about the city and going out of their way to accommodate any requests. Finally, the rooms were comfortable with thick sheets and great cable TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Plus, the hotel provided drinking water and the wifi connection was good. this hotel offered great value for money.

Despite some noise from other rooms, the hotel was generally quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in San Cristobal.
