The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Situated right at the Santa Lucia square, we were able to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and even witness the Serenada de Santa Lucia on Thursday nights. Being in the heart of the city, we could easily explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the AC and wifi worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The outdated rooms and limited TV channels were a disappointment.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Santa Lucia. the location couldn't have been better, with charming patios and a cool, comfortable room. the staff were friendly and fixed a minor issue with the fan promptly. the whole hotel had a unique and characteristic old-world charm, making it feel like a step back in time. We loved being right next to the beautiful Santa Lucia square, where we enjoyed the Serenada de Santa Lucia. the pool in the courtyard was a nice touch for a refreshing dip. a great experience.

Our stay at the hotel was great! The location was perfect, within walking distance of Centro Merida. The bed was comfy and the aircon worked perfectly to keep us cool. The staff were friendly and gave us helpful recommendations for tours. The hotel was very clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. We also appreciated the effort to fix the cable service issue even though it took some time. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

All was perfect

Its location in the heart of the city center made it very easy to walk to all the attractions and local hotspots. the comfortable beds and calming atmosphere of the swimming pool helped me relax during my Easter break.

Sadly, the hotel also had a few concerns that detracted from my enjoyment of the trip. the room was lacking basic facilities such as a mini-fridge and proper drinking glasses.

I had a great experience at Santa Lucia. the location was perfect, with a nice plaza, bars, and restaurants nearby. the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was clean. They even cleaned my room and provided fresh towels every day. the air conditioning worked well and I appreciated that the windows could be opened for fresh air.

The location is fantastic, right across from a vibrant square filled with bars and restaurants, and it is just a short walk to the main square. The hotel has a unique, Mexican charm and I appreciated that the windows could be opened for fresh air instead of relying on AC. The wifi was also fast and reliable, which is a rarity in this area.

We had a fantastic stay at Santa Lucia! the location is perfect, right in the center with a beautiful square filled with bars and restaurants just across the street. It's also a short walk to the main square. the staff is friendly and professional, and Celeste went above and beyond to help us with our yellow fever vaccines. the wifi was fast and strong, which is not always the case in hotels in this area. the room was clean and the daily housekeeping was great. the only minor downside was the pillows, which were a bit too thick and hard for our liking.
