the location couldn't be better - just a quarter of a block from the bustling zocalo, surrounded by an array of great restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure that all my needs were met. Secondly, the room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also pays attention to detail, as evidenced by the large ceramic mural across the street that adds a unique touch to the surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is superb - right in the heart of Puebla's historic centre, you couldn't get any closer to the zocalo and cathedral. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always on hand to assist with any requests. Finally, the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect. I particularly liked that my room had one window towards a small shaft, ensuring it was pretty clean and allowed in some natural light.
