I had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Christian who went above and beyond to help me. Loved my stay during Easter in this charming hotel in the heart of the city. the staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. the coffee and orange water was a nice complementary treat, while the pool area was perfect for enjoying leisure time. Its location just blocks away from the central plaza proved to be beneficial for exploring the city.

The weak wifi signal in my room, which I needed for work purposes. However, I was able to step outside and connect to the network on the patio next to my room.

The location was ideal, right next to a charming cafe, although it did come with some associated noise. The room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed and an updated bathroom. The staff spoke good English and provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the small restaurant and were impressed by the large meals they served. the hotel had lovely historic artifacts and beautiful flowers climbing the old stone walls.

The hotel had a very convenient location, close to key attractions and amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I also appreciated the spacious and nicely decorated rooms, which were well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge and a coffee machine.

the window in my room was situated on the ground floor, allowing anyone passing by to see directly into the room. This compromised privacy and made it difficult to ventilate the room without inviting mosquitoes in.
