The parking was convenient and free of charge. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the city center but just far enough to avoid any noise. Additionally, we loved that there was an Oxxo and Extra convenience store right next to the hotel. The breakfast included in the rate was delicious and served until 11:30 am. The staff were friendly and provided us with helpful advice.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. the hotel had a beautiful patio area, and the beds were comfortable.

There were no toiletries provided and the water from the shower spilled everywhere. the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage to the rooms.

The tour that we took in Guanajuato was a huge disappointment. The tour van dropped us off in Valenciana and then disappeared for three hours, leaving us waiting without any explanation. It was frustrating to hear the tour guide repeatedly say "just another 15 minutes" without any progress. The delay even included a visit to a candy factory, which felt like a waste of time. This experience definitely spoiled the rest of the tour for us.
