Nestled high in the hills, the hotel offers breathtaking views and serene surroundings. Guests can enjoy morning walks in the beautiful hills and even visit the ruins of Teotinango nearby. The rooms are adequate in size and cleanliness, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly and experienced staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience. the varied spa services and exercise classes cater to different preferences. The breakfast options are satisfying, with a range of delicious and healthy meals to choose from. The hotel also offers additional facilities such as a movie theater and an internet cafe.

The regular restaurant service can be lacking in quality compared to the excellent service in the spa restaurant.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value and service at Hotel & Spa Villa Vergel. The room may have been a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and I never went hungry. One highlight was the fantastic spa services provided by the experienced staff. The pool was a bit small, but the location made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the nearby town, and it was easy to get around. The pricing for the spa services was affordable compared to other hotels I've stayed in.

The rooms were not very well-maintained with outdated decor and some amenities were missing. The food was mediocre at best, with limited options and not very flavorful.
