We recently stayed at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is fantastic, just a short bike ride away from the beautiful beach area. It's also conveniently situated near the heart of the town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions.

During my Christmas stay, I had a fantastic experience at a centric hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. the garden and pool area were lovely, providing a great place to relax and unwind. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. the proximity to the grocery store across the street and an ATM made everything more convenient.

The hotel lacked some necessary upkeep. the air-conditioning system was dated, and the room was slightly run-down.

Clean and spacious rooms, great amenities, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, value for money.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tulum. It was conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the beach area by bicycle and near all the main Tulum attractions. The service was excellent, with friendly staff like Felipe and Joselin who were always there to help. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The hotel also had the advantage of being near a grocery store, making it convenient for any supplies needed during the stay.

That the neighborhood initially looked frightening, but it turned out to be safe.
