The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and offers a great walk during the day. The location is also convenient with a coffee shop downstairs, a bank at the corner, and a bus stop around the corner. The hotel is close to the Marina and a short bus ride to Malecon. There are also great street tacos in the morning in the nearby green parkway.

Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, particularly the front desk staff who went above and beyond to assist me with my transportation arrangements. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a small kitchen, a large dining table, and comfortable seating areas. The attention to detail was evident, from the balconies that offered a bonus view of the mountains to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

I got great value for my money at Suites Mar Elena. The room was nicely redone and the air conditioning worked well. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. The staff, especially Jacqueline at the front desk, were amazing and went out of their way to help me with transportation arrangements.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with the addition of coffee facilities in the rooms or the hotel itself. However, there is a cute little cafe next door that serves great coffee.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted with two complementary activities offered by the hotel. the location was key, just a few steps from the beach, allowing for breathtaking views and easy access to restaurants and bars. the quaint pool area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
