The staff, from the receptionists to the housekeeping ladies, were all extremely kind and attentive to detail. The room was clean and had an abundance of hot water. The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from the main square, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The hotel also had easy connections to buses for Cholula and the CAPU bus terminal. a welcoming hotel with a cute room, delicious courtesy set, and good wifi.

Great value for money. the hotel's location is very central, just a couple of blocks from the main square. This made it really convenient to explore the city during my business trip. the receptionists were very kind and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean. the hot water supply in the bathroom was abundant, which was a big plus for me. Additionally, there were plenty of nice places to eat in the vicinity, catering to all tastes.

The bed in my room was rather uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality during the stay. Moreover, there was a distinct and unpleasant smell of cleaning detergent in the air, which made the overall atmosphere less pleasant.
