The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a refreshing welcome drink. The restaurant had excellent, freshly made food with authentic flavors. The room was calm, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast included a good selection, although only coffee or tea were complimentary.

This place is located right beside an extremely well-known landmark - the clock! It's so convenient to have such a prominent reference point nearby. Additionally, I found this hotel to be near nice restaurants on 20 de Noviembre Avenue. It was great to have plenty of dining options within walking distance. Another highlight was that this venue is close to the prehispanic ruins, which made exploring the historical sites incredibly easy.

I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The hotel's location is perfect, right beside the clock, a well-known landmark. It is also conveniently located near nice restaurants on 20 de Noviembre Avenue. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning, cable TV, and an iron. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of great Mexican breakfast items.

The pool was not well-maintained and had debris from a previous party.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful pool and the convenient location near restaurants and shops. the room was clean and had all basic amenities expected of a hotel.

The pool needed cleaning as there was debris in the water that made it uninviting to swim in. the staff seemed understaffed and weren't able to keep up with the maintenance of the hotel, including the pool.
