I found this hidden gem in the city and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a stunning white exterior against a backdrop of blue skies and lush greenery. The attention to detail in maintaining the hotel and grounds is impressive, making everything feel clean and well-cared for. The highlight for me was the spa and beauty salon, where I indulged in their specialty Anti-stress with Reflexology and Aromatherapy Massage. It was heavenly and left me feeling completely relaxed. The salon is top-notch, with a skilled hairstylist who gave me a cute haircut and an excellent pedicure. What's more, the staff at the restaurant and spa were accommodating to my special dietary needs and there were English speakers available to assist me. The English-speaking concierge, Jorge, was a great help in planning my tours. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

There was only one minor issue during our stay. The location of this hotel, although convenient, is near a busy road which can be heard from the rooms.

We loved chilling in the hot tub and enjoying the spacious suite. The hotel even decorated our room and fulfilled a special request we made. The location was very close to the center of the city, allowing for easy access to everything.

The pool was nice and refreshing after a long day at work. the room was a good size and had a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, assisting me with directions and restaurant recommendations.

The hotel was outdated and not well maintained. the bathroom was dirty and there was mold on the tiles.
