I had the most wonderful surprise when I arrived at a hotel in Uruapan. The beautiful colonial-style architecture instantly caught my eye and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was adorned with stunning Día de Muertos decorations, adding a touch of charm and culture to my stay. The young woman at the front desk greeted me with a cheerful smile and made me feel right at home. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. I was genuinely impressed and will definitely be returning to Villa De Flores on my next visit!

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the towels having a few holes and the lack of natural light in the room, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience I had. The staff's unpreparedness and the noisy environment during the morning and night were a bit bothersome, but it didn't significantly affect my stay.

We loved the central location of this hotel, as it was right next to the central plaza and close to everything in this city. It was also conveniently located on a local bus line, making it easy for us to explore the National Park and other nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. We were also happy to find private parking available just 200 meters from the hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city center. Everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a charming inner courtyard and a lovely restaurant serving delicious traditional food. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the manager who went out of his way to ensure a smooth check-in despite our delayed arrival. Additionally, the hotel provided secure private parking just a block away, which was a great convenience for us.

For us, it was ideal.

The courtyard with plants and hammocks was really charming and relaxing. the traditional food served in the hotel's restaurant was excellent. the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the town, just a block away from the main square. This made it easy for us to explore the town and visit the local market.

The lack of climate control in the rooms was a major issue. We stayed during a particularly hot period, and the absence of air conditioning or even a fan made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

The colonial-style building and Día de Muertos decorations were a total beauty. The staff, especially the young woman at the front desk, were cheerful, friendly, and very welcoming. The hotel is centrally located and the rooms in the back are surprisingly quiet. There is secure parking available nearby, and the shower had good hot water. The hotel also provides a small room with a fridge and microwave for guests to use, as well as free purified water.
