As women traveling alone, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay comfortable. The restaurant staff were considerate and friendly, making sure we were well-attended to. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff went above and beyond by assisting us with finding a taxi to the doctor when my daughter was sick. They even prepared soup meals for her and played with her to keep her distracted. The pool was nice and clean, and the hotel's parking was convenient and safe. The breakfast location on the second floor was also convenient.

The location was perfect - just meters away from the beach and close to the city center where the Maya museum is located. We stayed at Tryp in Chetumal for a few days at the start of our Mexico trip. The room was nice with a huge and comfortable king bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter at the restaurant. The hotel is walking distance from the ferry dock and plenty of places to eat. We enjoyed the indoor pool and had a refreshing swim. it was great value for a cheap price.

The hotel is conveniently located near many good restaurants and just a short walk from the downtown area. It is also close to the boardwalk and offers easy access to almost everything in the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice showers and friendly front desk staff. Guests can also enjoy the incredibly clean pool and the hip vibe of the place. The service at the front desk is excellent, making you feel welcome and cared for.

There seems to be some issues with noise and lack of soundproofing between the rooms and the hallway, which can be a bit disruptive at times.
