During my stay, I appreciated the continental breakfast offered every day, which saved me time and money. The hotel's proximity to the Paseo del Montejo made it easier for me to explore the area with my friends. The hotel was quiet and peaceful despite the holiday season rush.

There weren't any hair dryers in the room, and the TV signal was poor, which was frustrating. the seating area by the pool was inadequate, and it was difficult to relax comfortably.

Good value for the price. Modern, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast available. Convenient on-site restaurant for affordable meals.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Virreyes in Merida! The location was ideal, just a short distance from the lively historical center and surrounded by beautiful historical buildings and charming restaurants along Paseo del Montejo. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast each morning at the cozy on-site restaurant. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, including the refreshing pool area. The only downside was the lack of a convenient place to hang our hand towels.

The staff was friendly and patient, the property beautiful, walking distance to attractions, the little restaurant a hidden gem, clean rooms, great cost-benefit ratio.

There was nothing I didn't like.
