One minor drawback of this location is the early closing time for pools, which may disappoint some party people.

We were blown away by the incredible variety and quality of food, especially the traditional Mexican dishes. We also loved that all the parks were included in our stay, making it easy to explore different activities. we highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The location on the beach was stunning, and all the amenities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a Spa Bath and even a sofa bed and balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the attention to detail in everything from the decor to the service. And the best part? The value for money was amazing, especially considering all the facilities offered!

I had a fantastic time at this place! The location on the beach was perfect, with stunning views of the sea from the swimming pools. The staff here were lovely and extremely hardworking. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always available to help. I also enjoyed the quality of the room amenities, especially the ironing facilities and the soundproofed rooms. The leisure facilities including the spa and wellness center, sauna, and the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic. Lastly, the shuttle service that was inclusive of the airport transfer was very convenient.

This venue is highly recommended for family and friends.

I recently stayed at Xcaret Arte for a 5-day vacation and it was absolutely exceptional! The hotel is beautifully designed, nestled in the jungle, and offers a great variety of activities and amenities. The food and drinks at the restaurants were incredible, especially the vegan options at Apapachoa. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and the shower jacuzzi and hammocks were a perfect touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the majority of them going above and beyond to assist us. The promotion and preservation of Mexican culture was evident throughout the resort, providing a truly authentic experience. I would definitely return in a heartbeat!

I recently stayed at Hotel Xcaret Arte and had an amazing time! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and updated, and the grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. I especially loved the Bio vegan restaurant with its incredible food and stunning view. The Mercado restaurant's chef, Santoz, went out of his way to create vegan dishes for me. The rooftop pool on the music building was a highlight, with attentive servers and delicious cocktails. The hotel was also accommodating with check-in and check-out, offering a complimentary room to freshen up while waiting. an exceptional experience!

xceral arte exceeded all my expectations! from the early check-in and room upgrade to the personal staff greeting and stunning room overlooking the stage, everything was amazing. the property is gorgeous and there's so much to do on-site. i didn't even have time to visit the Parks! the lunch at xceral la playa was a delightful experience.

1 issue - late luggage delivery

I stayed at an artsy hotel that is part of Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only. The location was beautiful, with a combination of creeks, a secluded beach, and a pool. Our swim-up room was shaded and comfortable. The pool was sophisticated, with plenty of seating, and the food and drinks were excellent. The menu was well-designed and the cocktails were expertly crafted. this is one of the best resorts in the world, with a focus on local Mexican culture and access to all Xcaret brand parks and facilities.

Stylish and luxurious, this hotel is truly magnificent. the service is top-notch, and I was amazed by the incredible amenities. the spa and wellness centre was a real treat, and the sauna and outdoor swimming pool were the perfect spots to relax after a long day. the beach access was a great bonus too, and the night club offered a fun and lively atmosphere.

The lack of vegan options at the restaurant. While the food was delicious, as a vegan, I struggled to find many dishes that suited my needs.

As backpackers, we loved the spacious rooms with plenty of USB plug sockets and the hammock on the balcony. The incredible welcome gifts and the hardworking staff made us feel right at home. Access to all the parks and the included airport transfer were a huge plus. The gourmet food at all the restaurants was top-notch, and we enjoyed the views of the sea from the swimming pools. The quality of the alcoholic drinks was impressive, and the gym and Ariel yoga on the rooftop kept us active. We also loved being surrounded by stunning architecture and nature.
