Our stay at Hotel Xestal was excellent. We were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. The location was convenient, with a large supermarket and restaurants close by. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a great space for relaxation. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the management and front desk staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean and located in a safe area. the staff at the concierge desk were friendly and provided excellent suggestions for things to do and places to eat. It was great to have their recommendations and not have to worry about finding good spots on our own.

The beds definitely need an update. They were not very comfortable and could use some improvement.

First time in Huatulco, stayed at Xestal for a long weekend. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a fan, air conditioning, and a decent shower. It is located in a safe area with a supermarket, convenience store, and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Chahue and Santa Cruz bays, or cheap and secure taxis available. The staff was friendly and helpful, always offering suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would happily stay here again.

The pool was well-maintained, and there was ample room for both families and adults to relax poolside. the outdoor balcony with table and chairs was a great place to relax and unwind. the maid service was excellent, and the bed was really comfortable.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did encounter a few minor issues. We wish the room had included a hotpot or mini-fridge, as it would have been nice to have a drink in the room.

I was impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and helpful staff.
