The highlight of our stay at Zentik Project & Saline Cave was definitely the underground pool. It was such a unique experience to swim in the cave with its mesmerizing saline water. The murals and Mexican coffee added to the funky ambiance of the hotel. The front desk went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, especially Carlos who gave us an amazing tour of the area. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the food was absolutely fantastic. We got great value for our money.

One minor drawback was that the hotel is slightly out of the center of town, but taxis are readily available and affordable. The area surrounding the hotel might not be the cleanest, but that didn't detract from our overall enjoyment.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The beautifully designed hotel provided the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The cave pool was fantastic and incredibly relaxing. The on-site masseurs were great and provided excellent services. The staff, particularly Guillermo, went above and beyond to arrange private tours for me at better prices than I could have found myself. The location of the hotel was excellent, very central and close to a local market, which was cool to see anyway. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. The complimentary breakfast offered vegan options and delicious Mexican coffee. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was really attentive and friendly, we felt welcomed. the complimentary drinks upon arrival were a nice touch, and the free guided tour to the nearby town was also enjoyable. the pools were amazing, we loved the grotto and the fact that there were multiple pools to choose from. the location was perfect, far enough from the busy city but still close to some great local restaurants.

The noise from the construction next door disrupted our romantic getaway experience. We weren't able to enjoy the peace and quiet we were hoping for.

In-house tequila, enjoyable hot tub cave. Above-and-beyond staff, helpful receptionist, romantic cave spa. Highly recommended, wish we had more time.
