As women travelling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The convenient location allowed us to easily access nearby restaurants and grocery stores for food options.

The hotel had fast internet, perfect for streaming movies and gaming. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a good selection of coffee and tea. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a variety of fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, sausages, and delicious meat soup. I felt secure with the staff around, and the key card access added an extra layer of safety.

The restaurant and bar were poorly designed, with a stark and ugly breakfast area exposed to a busy street. There was no room service available, which was inconvenient for some guests.

One particular incident stood out to us - when the power went out in the area, the hotel allowed Hyatt members to check-in and pay later once the area got power again. This level of service and care for their guests is commendable. Furthermore, we were impressed by the honesty of the housekeeping staff, as they returned valuable items that we had forgotten to put in the safe. The availability of food 24/7, including the delicious breakfast and late-night pizza or panini, was a great convenience. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel is in an excellent area right across from a new plaza which has some great restaurants. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The basic amenities are all there, and the rooms are nice with fresh towels. Breakfast is American style with some Mexican dishes.
