I was amazed by the attentive staff at Hyatt Regency. When I accidentally left my cell phone in the room and my bank card in the ATM, the staff immediately contacted me and returned them. This level of service is rare, and it made a huge difference in my experience. The staff at Hyatt Regency truly goes the extra mile! I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel in a very convenient location, just a short walk to the city center and near a beautiful area called Paseo Montejo. The hotel staff were accommodating and fulfilled our requests for an early arrival and a room with a great view. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

The noise from ongoing construction activities during the day was quite bothersome.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and our room was not only gorgeous but also very clean. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was ideal, as it was very near the city center and close to other good restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks to choose from.

We left a valuable phone and bank card behind, but the staff at the hotel immediately notified us and returned our belongings. This level of attentiveness is rare and greatly appreciated. The pillows were also very comfortable.

the location was fantastic, with everything we wanted within walking distance. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and our needs were fulfilled. We appreciated the large swimming pool and the comfortable sun loungers. the poolside snack bar was convenient and the drinks were delicious. the garden area was well maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere.

While the service was great, there was one minor issue. the buffet breakfast could have been better.
