The exclusive amenities provided by this hotel are out of this world! The rooms are spacious, clean and include a stunning balcony tub overlooking the beautiful ocean view. The quality of the food is outstanding, with extensive options to choose from. The exceptional service ensures a relaxing atmosphere, especially with the friendly and helpful staff who are always available to assist.

The entertainment could use some improvement as it was limited. However, this is a minor issue as the spa, infinity pool, sauna and wellness centre more than make up for it.

The highlight of my stay at Coral Level at Iberostar Selection was the breathtaking ocean view from my junior suite. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The facilities were all in great condition, especially the beach swimming pool with a convenient bar. The service was exceptional, with special recognition to Gerardo at the Barca restaurant, Luis for organizing fun pool bike activities, and Fernanda from the entertaining group.

One drawback was the lack of nightlife choices, and the food was somewhat disappointing. Although there were great restaurant options on the property, the quality of the food fell short of expectations.

The location of the hotel on Cancun's breathtaking beach is excellent, offering guests stunning views and easy access to the water. Additionally, guests can enjoy a relaxing stroll down the beach at night, taking in the serene atmosphere. Moreover, the restaurants at the hotel provide a delightful dining experience, serving delicious meals that cater to different tastes.

The hotel lacks a sports bar or any kind of night life, limiting the entertainment options for guests.

Nothing for me.

The food was a highlight, especially the options at the specialty restaurants. The pool area was also fantastic, with a stunning view that cannot be beat. the location was prime, allowing easy access to the beach and other local attractions.

The drinks were a letdown, particularly those served on the beach. The service on the beach was inconsistent, with difficulty finding suitable shade options.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the variety of facilities and amenities offered at Coral Level. The pool with a breathtaking view was a highlight, and we enjoyed the fun experience of soaking in the balcony tub. The food options were impressive, with a delicious breakfast and a lunch buffet featuring choices like chicken breast or flank steak. We also appreciated the convenience of the quesadilla bar by the pool deck for a quick and tasty bite. The staff at Coral Level, particularly Eli at the main bar and Xitlalli on the beach, were friendly and provided excellent service.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.
