The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made it easy for me to catch my flight. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist and the maintenance guy.- The shuttle service provided by the hotel was efficient and reliable, ensuring that I got to and from the airport without any issues.

It did not live up to even the worst fast food franchise. These inconveniences required multiple trips to the reception to have them fixed.

During my recent business trip, I found the hotel to offer a good value for money. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the airport and the city of Apodaca. Additionally, there were two or three restaurants nearby, providing convenient dining options. One advantage that I particularly enjoyed was the fact that the kitchen stayed open until 2:00 AM on weekdays, while other restaurants in the area were closed.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could be improved. It took quite some time and effort to finally speak to the manager who resolved the problem.
