We had a fantastic stay at Ibis Styles in Merida. The location was excellent, with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, including a Costco nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The WiFi worked well, and the breakfast provided a good variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.

We had an amazing New Year's holiday at this hotel! the location couldn't have been better - steps away from food options, an arcade, and a mall ice skating rink. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We also appreciated the complementary facts offered - a clean restaurant and regular towel and bedsheets changes.

There were a few things we didn't love. the in-suite bathrooms were not soundproof at all which made privacy a bit of an issue.

As youngsters, we loved the location of this hotel, right inside a shopping mall. The staff was friendly and the rooms were sparkling clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast, although not very varied, was filling and a good way to start the day. The WiFi worked well and there were plenty of facilities nearby for shopping and dining.
