Everything was fantastic for us. The place was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed having a plunge pool and a washing machine in our room. The host, Rafael, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The property itself is beautiful and very secure. We also appreciated the great value of our stay.

The room was smaller than expected and there was no designated workspace, so we had to book an additional room at an added cost. We also encountered some issues with towel replacements and a temporary water shortage.

We received great value for our money at Iik Tulum with a brand new and upgraded apartment. The location was perfect, right on the edge of downtown and on the way to the beach. The staff, especially Rafael, were amazing and super helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.

The apartment had a private entrance, which made us feel like we had our own little oasis in Tulum. It was like having our own secret hideaway, where we could escape from the world and relax in peace.

This accommodation is conveniently located near the ADO Bus station, making it easy to get around. It is also close to the center, with grocery stores, bike rentals, and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are modern and well-furnished, with amenities like A/C and luxurious showers. The staff, though limited in English, are friendly and helpful. it offers a comfortable stay with easy access to various facilities.

One downside is the lack of on-site support, making it difficult to address any issues that may arise during the stay.

We stayed at Iik Tulum for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was beautifully decorated with cooking facilities and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The plunge pool was small but perfect for a quick dip, and we also had access to 5 other pools and spas. The hotel's design was impressive, with stylish furniture and wall hangings. The location was convenient, with a massive supermarket nearby. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Best aspects of our xmas stay were the beautifully decorated room with cooking facilities and a balcony overlooking the pool and garden below. The 5 other pools and spas were a wonderful addition, providing plenty of options for relaxation. The staff was awesome and very accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met. The air conditioner worked a little too well, keeping us cool during the warm weather.

Worst aspects of our stay included the lack of communication about the ongoing construction, resulting in noise and inconvenience during our visit. We also found it disappointing that there were no tea towels for drying dishes, limited towels provided, and a small fridge/freezer that was not sufficient for a family of four.
