The hotel’s location was ideal for a New Year’s Eve stay. We were just a few blocks away from the major festivities and celebrations. The staff was attentive and accommodating, and the complimentary champagne and snacks were a nice touch. the hotel’s proximity to local restaurants and popular tourist attractions made getting around a breeze.

One negative aspect was the lack of soundproofing in our room. We could hear people talking and moving around in the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city center. It is within walking distance of all the tourist attractions and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is also close to the main bus terminal, making it easy to visit places like Cholula. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of outlets for charging devices. The breakfast provided is delicious, and the staff, particularly Juan Carlos, are friendly and helpful.

The blinds in the room do not block out all the light, so it may be difficult to sleep in past sunrise.
