We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, as it was not far from the center of the city and the historic center. The service was top-notch, with excellent room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. We also appreciated the paid shuttle service, as it made it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options at the restaurant and bar were superb, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was a highlight, with its outdoor setting and stunning view. this place was a true gem.

The staff needs training to improve their customer service skills. We experienced long check-in times, slow service at the restaurant and lack of knowledge about the hotel by frontline employees.

I had a fantastic stay at Ioh Merida Mid Center. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and clean, and I really enjoyed the big bathroom. The hotel also had great amenities, including a nice pool and free parking with always present security. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious, and I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Merida again. I highly recommend staying at Ioh Merida Mid Center.
