We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially David, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The front desk staff, Noemi, Anai, and Lourdes, were also fantastic. Pedro from the restaurant was a wonderful waiter and room service attendant. The property is small and intimate, right on the beach. We really appreciated the seriousness with which they handled my partner's nut allergy, preparing his food in a separate kitchen. The hotel facilities and the private beach were great, and we enjoyed the amazing pool. The food was delicious and the hotel is highly recommended by us.

I recently stayed at a boutique-style resort in Isla Mujeres and it was an amazing experience! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be. the food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of themed menus to choose from each night. the servers at breakfast were fantastic, always ensuring that my cup of coffee and creme tequila were ready and waiting for me. the poolside service was exceptional, with attentive servers keeping the drinks flowing and everyone happy. the resort grounds were well-maintained and beautiful, and the pool was always sparkling clean. I also enjoyed the nightly entertainment and the fact that the resort was adults only.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks to my stay. there was only one restaurant open for dinner, although they did offer both a themed menu and a standard menu.

The location is fortunate as it allows guests to easily access the island by regular ferries. This eliminates the need for hiring private tour guides. The amazing restaurant offers a variety of themed menus to choose from, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The rooms are modern and clean, equipped with a full bar fridge and a selection of alcoholic beverages. The 24-hour room service is also a great convenience for guests.

The variety and quality of food offered could be improved.

This hotel is pure luxury and exclusivity. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff and shown to my immaculate room with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was a true highlight with top-quality treatments and facilities. the outdoor swimming pool is beautifully designed with a relaxing Jacuzzi nearby which added to the overall serene atmosphere.

The only downside to this hotel is the occasional noise from the nearby docks when party boats arrive. it didn't detract from my overall experience in this peaceful oasis.
