Great bakery and cocktail lounge at Sanborns next door. Convenient location near key attractions. Enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the gym, pool, lobby, and restaurant.

Extremely slow and disoriented staff. It took a long time to check-in and get the room ready, even though I had requested an early arrival.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms. The bed was super cozy, and the room had plenty of space for all our belongings. The cleaning lady was fantastic and made sure our room was spotless every day. The front desk staff, especially the young man, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location was easy to find, and the shuttle service to the airport was a big plus. We also appreciated the strong WiFi and good water pressure in the rooms, as well as the 24-hour access to the exercise room. we felt secure and comfortable during our stay.

I had a great weekend stay at a hotel in Ciudad Juarez. The hotel was beautiful and clean, with a lovely pool area. The staff spoke English and were helpful, even keeping our luggage for us since we arrived early. The hotel was located near many other large hotels and was an easy Uber ride to the border, market, and airport. Another advantage was the easy access to an ATM, restaurant, and shopping at Sanborns, which was connected to the hotel.

There were a few things that could have been better during my stay. I wished there was coffee or tea in the room, and I also wished there were more English stations on the TV.

We had a paid reservation, but when we arrived at the hotel, they had no information about it. After some back and forth, they eventually gave us a room. The hotel itself was clean and located in a good area, with restaurants and a mall within walking distance. The breakfast was okay, and the room was comfortable. However, the key card system was problematic, as we had to keep returning to the front desk to have it reset every day.

There were quite a few downsides to our stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, with dirty floors, walls, and elevators.

The hotel had a stunning glass-ceiling patio area with plenty of tables, which made for a great lunch spot. I also enjoyed the small but romantic pool area in the evenings with its comfortable lounge-style rooms. the location was key as it was close to a great restaurant and the border crossing.

There was some noise from outside which could be bothersome for light sleepers. the room was also on the smaller side.
