The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a few steps away. The water was calm and there was no undertow, which made swimming and relaxing in the ocean very enjoyable. the hotel was within walking distance to several bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area and try different dining options. Another advantage was the included maid service, which kept the suite clean and tidy throughout our stay.

One of the disappointments was that our suite didn't receive any sun on the balcony during our stay in November. It's possible that the sun exposure may be better in spring or summer, but it was a bit disappointing not to have that option during our visit.

We recently stayed at a beach hotel on a beautiful island and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. We loved the easy access to the main pedestrian street with its shops and restaurants, offering delicious food and entertainment. The beach, although crowded at times, had powdery sand and crystal-clear water, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to charge meals at local restaurants to our room. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

The perfect location made our trip to the island a dream. Just minutes away from the ferry and steps from the beach. The staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool with a bar and relaxing lounging areas to soak up the sun. The view from our balcony was stunning overlooking the sea.

The room was slightly outdated, but still provided everything we needed for our stay.

The location on Playa de norte beach was excellent. Beautiful beach, lots of places to eat and drink. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff was excellent and friendly. Everything was spot on.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right on the beach, allowing for easy access to the beautiful beach area. Additionally, it is in the heart of the island, making it convenient to explore shops and restaurants on Hidalgo Street and Main St. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent service, and Jorge on the beach was especially great.

Best New Year’s stay ever! We were offered champagne and party favours at check-in and a free breakfast for our first morning. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. The two-bedroom suite we stayed in was beautiful and spacious, with a stunning ocean view.

No negatives to report, we had a wonderful stay.

The beach service at Ixchel was fantastic! David and Cheepo were very friendly and went above and beyond anything we ever expected. Their attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible stay at Ixchel Beach. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and the town center. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. The highlight of our stay was the amazing massages available at the hotel and on the beach. We also enjoyed the great pools and frozen drinks. a wonderful experience that we can't wait to repeat!

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are excellent, especially Mariana at the front desk. The pool area is nice and the bar serves delicious cocktails. The rooms were spotless and had large balconies with stunning views of the water. The hotel also provided dedicated beach chairs and umbrellas. The hotel was also very helpful in exchanging US dollars to pesos. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Isla Mujeres.
