The location of the hotel was simply breathtaking. The remote and secluded bay, with its white sand beach and turquoise water, was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were beautifully built and the rooftop pool and bar offered amazing views. The staff were warm, generous, and inviting, taking care of us in every way. The food was delicious and the variety of activities, including complimentary kayaks and paddle boards, kept us entertained. an incredible experience.

Very peaceful and secluded getaway with ocean view plunge pool rooms. Food offerings are extensive and impressive, especially the steak and pasta. Need transportation for nearby Tulum restaurants, but worth it for the tranquility. Expensive spa, but massages on the beach in Tulum are more affordable. Will definitely return to this serene paradise.

Guests can indulge in a delicious breakfast, including Italian homemade pasta and traditional Mexican dishes. The hotel also offers a spa with beachfront massages and yoga classes for a true connection with nature.

The hotel's main pool and beachfront raised terrace are not open to children, limiting the flexibility for families.

The database was right – our stay at Jashita was amazing! The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean and well-kept. The breakfast was exceptional and we loved the individual order option. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, providing excellent service with a touch of humor. We enjoyed the delicious homemade pasta and cocktails at the dining rooms. The pool and beach areas were well-maintained, and we loved exploring the private beach with its abundance of fish. The complementary kayaks and snorkeling equipment were a nice bonus.

Free water sports equipment, great breakfast, friendly staff, lovely pools. Stunning bay with reef for snorkeling among stingray, turtles, fish. Quiet, relaxing location away from busy town, steps from calm, shallow water.

The staff was incredible, treating us like royalty. The food was delicious, and we were impressed even as restaurant owners. The property was clean, and the room was top-notch. The beach was stunning, with beautiful water and excellent snorkeling. A serene and relaxing gem with fantastic design, lighting, and music.

This hotel is a luxurious heaven. From the exclusive amenities to the exceptional service, our stay was truly remarkable. The Spa & wellness centre was a much-needed respite and the full body massage was a game-changer. The swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding and the beach access was a bonus. The restaurant was fabulous, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for sunsets. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the poolside snack bar. The private facilities were exclusive and the location advantages were spot on.

Although our stay was amazing, there was one minor issue with noise which disrupted the serenity of the place. We believe this hotel needs to address the situation with its neighbour as it causes noise issues and affects guests’ enjoyment.
