We had an incredible stay at the recently remodeled hotel. Everything was new and it really added to the overall experience. The cabin we stayed in had a stunning sea view, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking sunrises right from our bed. As parents with an 11 month old baby, we were delighted to find that the hotel is extremely child-friendly. We felt comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Another great aspect was the convenient location, with various restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel made sure to remove the sargasso from the beach, which meant we could enjoy the water without any issues. We must also mention the delicious food at their restaurant, particularly the grilled tuna - it was out of this world!

I recently stayed at a gorgeous boutique hotel in an exceptional beachfront location. The villas were beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the indoor atrium shower and the private outdoor shower. There was a lovely lanai with a couch and dining table where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The location was just far enough from the busy town but still easily accessible by bike. The staff were friendly and the restaurant served delicious food. I can't wait to go back and share this blissful experience with my friends.

The location of this hotel was absolutely stunning. We were surrounded by beautiful nature and could hear the soothing sounds of the sea and birds at night. The property was well-maintained and cleaned daily, which was necessary due to the sandy environment. the interior design of the houses was impressive. And the beach. oh, the beach! It was absolutely gorgeous and offered a breathtaking view.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. First, the airport transfer we had arranged did not show up, leaving us waiting alone for several hours late at night.

I recently stayed at a beautiful bungalow in a natural reserve area. The decor was stunning and the bungalow was spacious, well-designed, and very clean. The beach was absolutely breathtaking and the staff went above and beyond, including bringing coffee to our bungalow every morning with little biscuits. It was such a lovely way to start the day. The hotel also had an amazing restaurant with a talented chef. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Tulum ruins makes it a convenient choice for sightseeing.

While the beach is beautiful, the presence of boats and excessive seaweed makes swimming unsafe and limits the full enjoyment of the ocean.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel, with its location directly at the beach and the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. The staff was always on hand to help us with any request, and we especially appreciated the room service and car hire options. The laundry service was also fantastic, and it was great to have an airport shuttle available for our convenience. We also loved the tours/ticket assistance, which helped us plan our daily activities.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach and only a short 10-minute walk to the archeological site. We loved being able to ask for tips at the restaurant when eating there, as the staff were very knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel is also quite central on the beach, making it easy to reach other hotels and take boats run by local people to go diving and visit beautiful spots. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and even laundry available. The room amenities were top-notch with air conditioning, a minibar, and a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view.
